• Preservative: Benzalkonium chloride.
• Vehicle: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

HOW SUPPLIED:

OBREX & OBREX FORTE As 5ml sterile ophthalmic solution in plastic dropper bottles.

Ointment:

As 5gm Sterile Ophthalmic Ointment in a tube.

Note:

• Use under Physician’s advice only.
• Store below 30OC.
• Protect from heat and sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use the solution within four weeks after first opening the bottle.
